Hi! I'm Matt, a software engineer from NYC.

I grew up rooting for the Yankees, building stuff, and playing baseball at Hunter College High School on East 94th street.

I studied computer science, UTA'd some courses, and played ultimate frisbee at Brown University. I also did some robotics!

I spent five years as a New Yorker in San Francisco, where I helped build and operate large-scale distributed infrastructure as an SRE at YouTube.

I returned to New York for an Area 120 project at Google NYC, where I stayed until Area 120 was shut down in early 2023.

I've since rejoined Google proper, working on network infrastructure. If you'd like to get in touch, please reach out using the links above.

p.s. New York has the world's best bagels. Don't listen to anyone who tries to tell you otherwise.
